I don't fire staff, I torture them into greatness: Nvidia's Huang

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang recently said he often doesn't fire his employees but rather tries to improve them. "Look, I used to clean bathrooms, and now I am the CEO of a company. I think you can learn it...you just have to be given the opportunity to learn," he said. "I rather torture [the employees] into greatness," he added.
