Google's ex-CEO Eric Schmidt, while talking about AI's misuse, said, "I'm worried about 'Osama Bin Laden' scenario...where a truly evil person takes over some aspect of modern life....and uses it to harm innocent people." Terrorist Laden used planes to kill thousands in the 9/11 US attacks. North Korea, Iran or Russia could misuse tech to create biological weapons, Schmidt warned.
