I feel ashamed over delays, won't attend inauguration: Nitin Gadkari on Mumbai-Goa highway

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said he felt ashamed over the delays in widening the Mumbai-Goa Highway and announced that he'd not attend the inauguration of the project when it is finally completed. "I wish my department will have the record for blacklisting and debarring the single largest number of contractors and suspensions of officials within a single year," he added.
