I feel fantastic: Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger after heart surgery

The 73-year-old actor Arnold Schwarzenegger tweeted a picture of himself from a hospital bed and added that he has gone through heart surgery. "I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland," he wrote. "I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery," Schwarzenegger added.
