I gained 30kg after hip injury, lost my confidence: Arjun Kanungo

Singer-songwriter Arjun Kanungo opened up about gaining 30 kg weight after suffering a hip injury in February 2023. "I was the heaviest I've ever been in my life...Looking at myself, I just lost all confidence. I couldn't face the camera or even go out," he recalled. Arjun said he weighed around 117 kg and had 31% body fat.
