Actress Rakhi Sawant has said that she underwent breast surgery when she was around 15-16 years old, adding it was very scary. "I was a kid and totally flat...So I [lay] down in an operation theatre and became a cold-to-hot girl," she added. Rakhi further said that at the time she was told it was important to enter Bollywood.
