I had resigned as Railways Minister after Bengal accident: Nitish

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said that he had resigned as Railways Minister after a train accident in West Bengal when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the Prime Minister of the country. He added, "Earlier, the Railway budget was presented separately, but this new government has abolished the separate Railway budget...I will not comment on [Ashwini Vaishnaw's resignation]."
