I hate sitting in front of my desk, says Mark Zuckerberg

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg during a podcast revealed that he hated sitting in front of his desk. Zuckerberg added, "I feel that if I'm not active I am just wasting away…My energy level and mood and how I interact with the world are based on... it's so physical. I don't believe we are just brains in a body".
