I have complete immunity: Bengal Guv in letter to Raj Bhavan staff

West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose, in a letter to Raj Bhavan Staff, has said he enjoys constitutional immunity from any criminal proceedings being instituted against him under Article 361 of the Constitution. His letter comes amid charges of molestation against him. He has also directed all employees to "ignore" communication from police and refrain from making statements.
