Elon Musk on Tuesday tweeted, "I have spoken to Putin only once and that was about 18 months ago." He added, "The subject matter was space." Musk's tweet came after reports claimed that he directly spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin before tweeting a proposal to end the war in Ukraine earlier this month.
