I know I haven't done anything wrong: Sinner on doping controversy

Talking about doping controversy around him, world number one Jannik Sinner said he knows he has not done anything wrong and stated that he always respects the rules of anti-doping. Earlier this week, it came to light that Sinner had tested positive for a banned steroid substance in March. The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) declared it an accidental exposure.
