I'll have to look, haven't discussed it: Trump on secondary sanctions on India, China

US President Donald Trump has said Iran and Hezbollah may be added to a bipartisan Russia sanctions bill. On being questioned if secondary sanctions on India and China are being considered, he replied, "I'll have to look, that hasn't been discussed." He added that there are "very good chances" the bill will be passed by the US Congress.
