I'm half-Sardar, masis would call me Amitabh Singh: Big B

Amitabh Bachchan opened up about his cultural roots on 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' and revealed that he is a half-Sikh. "My father was from Uttar Pradesh, and my mother was from a Sikh family...I'm half-Sardar," he said. "When I was born, my masis would say, 'Kinna sona putar hai, sadda Amitabh Singh (What a beautiful son, our Amitabh Singh)'," he added.
