After three UPSC aspirants were killed due to flooding in the basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi, students broke into a protest. IPS officer and Additional DCP Sachin Sharma said, "I am just like you, wearing a uniform...I was part of you. I can completely understand what you are going through because I'm also going through the same."
