Car owner Manish broke his silence regarding Gurugram biker hit-and-run case. He is posted in Assam with the Indian Army, and claimed he was away during incident after lending his car to a school friend, NDTV reported. Manish stated the vehicle subsequently reached an unfamiliar third person, leaving both the car and driver out of reach while police investigations continue.
