I read customer emails every day starting at 5 am: Apple CEO

Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed that he reads through all the emails sent to him by customers starting at 5 am every day. "I religiously look at customer notes every morning," Cook told GQ, adding that he gets heartwarming notes as well as complaints from customers. "If you're in the business...of creating technology...you wanna know what it's doing," he said.
