I remind those with deaf ears: Russian official warns on use of nukes

Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said on Tuesday that the country had the right to defend itself with nuclear weapons if it is pushed beyond its limits. "I have to remind you again, for those deaf ears who hear only themselves," Medvedev said warning the West again that Russia was not bluffing about use of nuclear weapons.
