I sold my 1st startup for $1B, 2nd one lost $75M: Twitch Co-founder

Justin Kan, the Co-founder of Twitch and Atrium, said that he sold his first company for a billion dollars, but the second one lost $75 million in 36 months. Sharing the reasons that led to the closing of his legal startup Atrium, Kan wrote, "It sucks having to shut down a company...I let a lot of people down."
