I take full responsibility: Gaurav Gogoi on Congress' Assam defeat

Assam Congress chief Gaurav Gogoi has taken "full moral responsibility" for Congress' defeat in Assam. "We regret that we couldn't live up to the expectations of the people...[But] the BJP shouldn't think that we'll be sitting idle," he said, adding that they'll conduct a massive public drive to take suggestions for improvement. "Elections in India are at risk," he added.
