I think Rahul himself remains in inebriated state: Harsimrat

Akali Dal leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Monday said she feels Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi himself remains in inebriated state and that's why he feels 70% people in Punjab are intoxicated. On Navjot Singh Sidhu joining Congress, she said, "Congratulations to Sidhu saab who calls it gharwapasi to go to a party that wrecked a genocide on the Sikh community".
