I tried to die by suicide, was like dead meat: Shama Sikander

Actress Shama Sikander recalled battling severe depression and bipolar disorder and revealed that she once attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills. She added, "[Family members] were...trying to pick me up and I was like dead meat. Six people...weren't able to pick me." Shama said doctors "removed the poison" from her body all night and she was "revived" the next day.
