Former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin opined that RCB batter Devdutt Padikkal is well-suited for the number three spot in Team India's Test batting order. "I want Padikkal to be India's No. 3 in Test cricket. He has batted so well...he deserves to be an incumbent Test player for India," he said. Padikkal has scored 367 runs in IPL 2026.
