I was cut from 'Amazing Spider-Man 2', played Mary Jane: Shailene

Actress Shailene Woodley revealed that she shot for 'Amazing Spider-Man 2', only to be cut from the film. "I was cast as Mary Jane for Spider-Man...we filmed like three scenes together, Andrew Garfield and me," Shailene recalled, adding that she was informed that she'd be cut a year later. The makers said they'd introduce MJ after Emma Stone's character's death.
