I was rich & depressed: MVMT Founder Kassan on selling startup for $100 million

US-based MVMT Watches' Co-founder Jake Kassan revealed how selling the startup for $100 million at the age of 27 impacted his mental health. "I think I lost purpose," he said. "I turned 30, I'd just gone through a breakup...Just finding people who understood [how] lonely it felt...(was) emotionally depleting...How do you empathise with someone who's rich and depressed?" he added.
