I will remove Syria from State Sponsor of Terrorism list: Trump

During his meeting with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa at the NATO Summit in Turkiye, US President Donald Trump said that he will remove Syria from State Sponsor of Terrorism list. "Why wouldn't I? He's done a great job," he said while looking at al-Sharaa. Last year, US removed al-Sharaa from a terrorist sanctions list.
