I worked 100hrs/week in 1st job, cried in bathrooms: Radhika Gupta on 90 hr workweek debate

Edelweiss Mutual Fund CEO Radhika Gupta gave her opinion on work-life balance after L&T Chairman SN Subrahmanyan advocated a 90-hour workweek. Gupta said she worked 100 hours every week in her first job. "90% of the time...I was miserable...I went to office bathrooms and cried...and was hospitalised twice," she revealed. She added that hours are not equal to productivity.
