I would have placed SCG on notice: Tim Paine on pitch for 5th Test

Ex-Australia captain Tim Paine said he would have "effectively" placed the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on notice after Australia's fifth Test against India. "Although the ICC gave the SCG pitch a 'satisfactory' rating, I would have given it the lowest possible rating," he added. "Dish up something like that again and you'll be suspended from hosting international cricket," Paine stated.
