The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is set to close its 12-year investigation into whether Iran had a secret nuclear weapons program on Tuesday, passing a draft resolution on the matter. Diplomats expected that the IAEA's board to back the resolution to procedurally close Iran's Possible Military Dimension (PMD) file. Iran has consistently denied plans to develop nuclear weapons.
