IAF aircraft touchdown on Lucknow-Agra Expressway for drill

As many as 16 aircraft of the Indian Air Force, including the AN-32, Mirage 2000, Sukhoi 30MKI, made a touchdown on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway for a drill on Tuesday. The drill is a part of government's plan to identify highways that can be used as runways during emergencies like disaster relief, humanitarian assistance, and war or conflict situations.
