A Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) on Tuesday crashed while on a routine sortie near Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh). Both the pilots had ejected safely, IAF officials said. The aircraft took off from the Allahabad at 7:25 am and crashed at around 8:47 am nearly 18 km from the base. No casualties have been reported on ground.
