IAF's Suryakiran team completes 30 years in sky on May 26

IAF's Suryakiran Aerobatic Team is celebrating 30 years of aerial excellence on May 26. Formed in 1996 at Air Force Station Bidar, the team first flew Kiran Mk-II aircraft before shifting to Hawk Mk-132 jets in 2015. Known for colourful smoke trails and close-formation flying, Suryakiran has performed worldwide, including Sri Lanka and UAE, becoming Asia's only 9-aircraft aerobatic team.
