IAF will receive all 83 ordered jets in the next 3 years

The DRDO chief has confirmed that the IAF is set to receive all 83 Tejas MK1A fighter jets within the next three years, with deliveries expected to be completed by 2028. This update comes after delays caused by engine supply issues. HAL has established a plant in Nashik to facilitate faster production of the jet.
