IAS, IPS officers to donate one day's salary to help drought-hit farmers in Maha

Senior IAS and IPS officers in Maharashtra have voluntarily decided to donate one day's salary to the CM's Relief Fund to aid farmers impacted by the ongoing drought. This comes after CM Devendra Fadnavis announced ₹5,000 in advance assistance to each drought-hit farmer before Diwali. The state government has declared 305 out of 358 talukas drought-affected.
