IAS aspirant kidnaps boy from Bihar, seeks ₹10 lakh to pay for UPSC coaching

A 25-year-old IAS aspirant from UP's Deoria, named Amit Kumar, kidnapped an 8-year-old boy from his home in Bihar's Gopalganj district to arrange money for his UPSC coaching. Kumar called the boy's mother and demanded ₹10 lakh in ransom for the child's safe release. Police safely rescued the child within 48 hours and arrested Amit Kumar from UP's Deoria.
