IAS aspirant stabbed to death in Delhi, 3 including teenager arrested

An IAS aspirant was stabbed to death in Delhi's Mangolpuri area while another person was injured in the incident. The incident occurred on December 14. Police have arrested three men including a teenager. The accused stabbed the victim for taking revenge over a minor incident of road rage. The victims were stabbed in N Block of Mangolpuri.
