IAS is the steel cage of India, not its steel frame: Amit Kilhor

Educator Amit Kilhor challenged Sardar Patel's famous "steel frame" praise for the civil services. On the podcast, he argued the IAS and IPS are instead a "steel cage" the British built to extract resources and control citizens. India, once a golden bird, has stayed trapped in that same colonial cage for 70 years, he claimed.
