IAS officer Arun Kumar appointed as full-time DGCA chief

Arun Kumar, the Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser in Civil Aviation Ministry, has been appointed as the Director General (DG) of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Tuesday. A 1989-batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Kumar has been holding additional charge as the DG since the former DG BS Bhullar retired on May 31.
