IAS officer couple's daughter dies by suicide in Mumbai

Maharashtra cadre IAS officers Radhika and Vikas Rastogi's 27-year-old daughter Lipi Rastogi died after jumping from the 10th floor of a building in Mumbai on Monday, police said. She was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead before admission, said an official. Lipi, who was pursuing LLB, jumped around 4 am and a suicide note has been found.
