IAS officer posts video of line of people waiting to donate blood after Odisha train accident

IAS officer Awanish Sharan shared a video showing several people waiting in a long line to donate blood after triple train collision in Odisha on Friday. "People in Balasore since night to donate blood for Train accident victims. Big thanks to them," he wrote. At least 261 people have died in the incident.
