IAS officer refuses salary until poor enrolled in schemes in Raj

IAS officer Arun Kumar Hasija, who is posted as District Collector in Rajasthan's Rajsamand, has decided to not take his salary until the poor in the district are enrolled for benefits under poverty alleviation schemes. "If our salary is delayed by even 10 days, we face so many difficulties...but think about those poor people who receive only ₹1,500/month," Hasija said.
