IAS officer shares Class 10 marksheet of DM in Gujarat, says 'Got only passing marks'

IAS officer Awanish Saran took to Twitter to share Class 10 marksheet of Collector and DM of Gujarat's Bharuch district, saying "He got only passing marks in Class 10." Saran added, "He got 35 marks in English, 36 in Mathematics and 38 in Science...Not only in whole village but in his school it was said that he cannot do anything."
