IAS officer shares 'CSAT question', says 'Don’t take the test lightly'

IAS officer Jitin Yadav took to Twitter to share what he said was a Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) question. "Let's see who all can do it without pen and paper. If you are not able to do it, please don't take CSAT lightly," the officer wrote. He applauded the Twitter user who commented '27' as answer.
