IAS officer transforms 78 old govt buildings into libraries in Rajasthan

IAS officer Nivrutti Avhad has transformed 78 old government buildings into digital libraries for students in Rajasthan's Dholpur. Named 'Samvidhan Ghars', around 5,000 students have registered themselves in these libraries that are equipped with computers, smart televisions, CCTV cameras, RO and toilets. "We never imagined our children would sit in AC rooms and study," a panchayat head said.
