IAS officers should adopt out-of-box thinking in their work: PM Modi

During his address in the concluding session of the Assistant Secretary Programme 2022, PM Narendra Modi asked the IAS officers to adopt out-of-the-box thinking and a holistic approach in their work. According to an official statement, "PM Modi said that the officers have the opportunity to serve the country during the 'Amrit Kaal' and help realise the five pledges."
