IAS Rinku, who did sit-ups in front of lawyers, knocks off BJP Block chief's phone in UP

IAS Rinku Singh Rahi, currently posted as SDM in UP's Jalaun, allegedly knocked BJP Block Pramukh Ramraja Niranjan's phone off during inspection of a cold storage owned by Ramraja. He also allegedly pushed Ramraja. Rinku, who did sit-ups in front of lawyers last year, had resigned citing lack of meaning work but later withdrew it.
