IAS Tukaram Mundhe gets transferred for 25th time in 21-yr career

The 2005-batch IAS officer Tukaram Mundhe has been transferred for 25th time in his 21-year career and appointed commissioner of Food and Drugs Administration (FDA). FDA department comes under NCP minister Narhari Zirwal, and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis is believed to be unhappy with Zirwal, HT reported. Mundhe is known for clashing with ministers of department where he is posted.
