IBM employee on sick leave for 15 years sues company for no pay rise in UK

Ian Clifford, an IBM employee who's been on sick leave for 15 years and receives over £54,000 (more than ₹55 lakh) a year, sued the company for no rise in his pay. The IT worker claimed disability discrimination, arguing that his salary will "wither" over time due to inflation. However, an employment tribunal in Berkshire, UK dismissed his claims.
