IBM execs called older staff 'dinobabies', favoured millennials, emails reveal

IBM executives discussed how to force out older employees and called them "dinobabies" who should be made an "extinct species", Bloomberg reported quoting emails revealed in a court filing. The officials expressed frustration over the company having a much lower share of millennials in its workforce than a competitor. IBM is facing age bias complaints by former employees in US.
