IBM will fire managers for not working from office

IBM has directed all people managers in the US to work from offices at least thrice weekly denying remote flexibility. Unwilling employees face relocation demands or lose jobs amidst claims of higher client commitment. But critics allege the dated policy disregards modern hiring needs and workforce priorities around flexibility.
