ICC 'monitoring' Bangladesh political unrest before women's T20 WC

ICC has said it is 'closely monitoring' the situation in Bangladesh regarding the upcoming women's T20 World Cup, as violence in the country escalated followed by prime minister Sheikh Hasina's resignation. "The ICC is closely monitoring developments in coordination with the BCB, their security agencies and our own independent security consultants," an ICC spokesperson said in a statement.
